The importance of type in graphic design

Graphic design isn't just all about colors, shapes and images, type plays a very big and
vital role in graphic design. Some designs are incomplete without good type, but finding
the right type can be hard and a time consuming job. You can convey your message
visually with typography. In advertising typography is a very big factor to consider when
creating an add campaign.
In web design 90% of the information is on written material and type is a major importance,
it must convey a clear and visually satisfying experience for the reader.
Posters should attract attention, promote and inform quickly. A design with good font can
easily inform and convey any message quickly and with out confusion.
